The List

Well I'll be having surgery on the 7th of December. I am not a big fan of surgery so pray for me. On a more positive note the El Dorado Wildcat football team is goin back to the State championship game. My Colts fell to 0-11 on the year. Well I enjoyed the family time at thanksgiving. I was able to finish two peoples Christmas on black friday and got some other people some stuff too. I post another post sometime in the next week

The news

Well I went to the cardiologist in LR yesterday and he said that the narrowing the doctors in El Do saw is no longer there. He did however tell me that my heart is slightly thickened and enlarged but that these symptoms are probably from my high blood pressure. So he said that no I will not drop dead of a heart attack but that he would suggest to my doctor here that he put me on blood pressure medicine. I will also be receiving a new asthma medicine for daily use. On a good note my regular doctor is wanting me to lose weight ant I've lost three.

And in other news for those of you interested I'll be launching a new blog named Sportsline this Friday at 12:00 noon kicking off with a segment called Football Fridays. For those of you interested in following I'll be covering MLB,NFL,NBA,NHL,NCAA Football,NCAA Basketball,UFC, and local high school football and basketball.

So to all my followers out there I'll see ya'll later!

The Lowdown

I would like first and foremost to say thanks for all the prayers ya'll! For those of you who don't know Ive been having some test ran and just got a new slew of doctors appointments today. I would like to say I'm not worried but I am. I know it is all up to God but the human side of me still worries. On another note the Indianapolis Colts start out the season 0-3 without Peyton Manning. They also just lost two more starters for the rest of the season and have another new QB. The NBA season looks more a more in jeopardy. So looks like no Spurs basketball this year. In baseball news I would like to congratulate The St. Louis Cardinals for making the playoffs after overcoming a 8 1/2 game lead held by the Atlanta Braves until the end of game 162 (Sorry Jon). In the racing world Dale Earnhardt Jr. made the chase for the Nascar Sprint cup this year. And he currently sits eighth in points. I guess that is all for now, check back later!

God bless ya'll,
Stephen Love

Edge

I love to watch wrestling, but I never would have guessed what went down on last Monday's Raw. That was until Adam"Edge"Copeland announced his Retirement. It is due to a ligate spine injury. It would mean that one of the greatest wrestlers would be no more.He will have to vacate the World title on Smackdown! as he leaves. He will no doubt be in the WWE Hall of Fame some day. He has won more championships combined than anybody ever. He has accomplished more than most, but cervical spinal stenosis has cut one of the greatest careers ever short. So as tonight we say goodbye to the Rated R superstar, Lets for the benefit of those with flash photography A 5 Second Pose.......

Sports

Revenge is such a sweet thing...It really was when the Colts beat the Houston Texans. My night last night was even better when the San Antonio Spurs beat the Clippers. Sunday was something though, Dale Earnhardt Jr. was so close to winning at Talledega and crashed with Jeff Burton. Also the Dallas Cowboys turned to a 1-6 record. And for another thing the Minneapolis Vikings must be stupid they have Brad Childress as a coach, they let Brett Favre play injured, and they waived Randy Moss. Hopefully some team will pick him up before the season is over...(I doubt it though). Everybody said Indy wouldn't win because of key injuries but we did so!

2010 Gratitude Challenge day 1 &2

My Mom is doing a Thanksgiving challenge and I decided to do it too. The Gratitude Challenge is hosted by Brenda at Garden of Learning. The challenge is to write a post each day in November about something that I am thankful for. That’s 30 days of gratitude posts! I don’t think that will be hard to do, as I am thankful for so much every day of the year. Click the link if you want to join in too....

Day 1- My thing I am thankful for on day 1 is my Salvation. Without I would be on a fast train to Hell. But God is merciful and because of that I will spend eternity with my Lord Jesus Christ.

Day 2- My thinking behind day 2 is easy.....I love my family and that is what I'm thankful for. We may fight sometimes and may not get along but we make up and love each other.

This may have been short but this is what I'm thankful for!
